I visited Elements in Ewell yesterday, Saturday 22.08.20, as I have numerous twinges and pains from years of sport. It was my first visit and I was really impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the clinic. I was treated by the clinician, Kaye who immediately identified the various knots in my calf muscles and shoulders. Kaye is very skilled at stretching out the knots and making old muscle injuries feel far more comfortable. Given that the clinic doesn’t specialist in sports massage I thought that for 45 per hour the treatment was really good value, and Kaye really proficient; I would recommend it for any ageing sportsman like myself who wants a general massage.

I’ve been a regular of this Elements massage for over a year and make sure to always see Cindy who is utterly professional and gives the perfect relaxing massage I have ever had , I highly recommend anyone looking for a massage to visit here
