I called the residential parking service hotline to ask questions. And the woman on the phone doesn't get the point of my question and not let me finish my explaination about my question. What a poor customer service! It is so rude to not listen to customer to finish explaining the question and forcing her answers which is irrelevant to my question point!

Three month later I get parking final notice from Epsom council a while I don't park my car and I was drop off the customer in maximum stay 10 minutes parking area , the racist black ticket lady took my car plate number picture from her camera a while I with a customer as I am a cab driver , I explained to council over the phone they told me will remove the fine but after 3minths they sent me increased mount without telling or giving a sticker ticket , I found that Epsom growing up the largest racism in the UK . I feel sorry and shame on me I human and other human but more racist instead to act like human . ,I hope police see this comment and I will prove it the lady ticket was racist and should not work with council . She make a crime and I pay for her racism ! That is absolutely ridiculous. Am fully down with Epsom and I will soon speak to the media about this

Another self serving council only interested in collecting money and where the next promotion is coming from. Don't even answer your phone calls even tho they are meant to be public servants another case of creating a two tier system

Moved to this borough a year ago, since then two visits from their office as according to their system no one lives here or empty property ( can’t get it through to them,). At the recycling yard they charge extra for some materials for you to dispose of ( I ask why are we paying council tax for ) very expensive council yet really poor service, think twice if your moving in this borough!

This has to got to be the worst council that I have come across! They are absolutely useless! They are incapable of dealing with any issues - constantly pass the buck to each other and they lie! They are getting money for old rope and this is what us tax payers are paying for! I'm so happy that I am now moving out of the borough!
