Now reopened after Covid19 lockdown. The returned books are quarantined, and you sanitise your hands. Friendly assistants will help you locate books. Adjacent cafe not open.

Excellent library. It makes me laugh how many people are complaining about the noise from children. A library is a family environment - a free one. The notion that libraries are silent is extremely outdated.

Decent library, study area has good desks with separators but it is a joke how noisy the library gets because of screaming toddlers. I mean I understand you need to get them into reading etc but just let them choose a book then leave rather than cause a scene for everyone, it isn't a free nursery!
