I cannot believe the good reviews here at all. I had an emergency but they did not have availability for 3days. Then I waited but no one showed up on the day they said they will come. I could not contact anyone after 5 on that day so could not chase where my booking was! Earlier on another occasion, I emailed to ask for the quote for boiler service but no reply has been received. I wouldn't say this company is reliable.
