Have had a few laser tattoo removal sessions with Chloe. All the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Chloe makes you feel very relaxed and even has a joke with you while doing the treatment. The booking system is easy and members of staff, such as Rose, sort it all out for you. They have handled COVID-19 amazingly, checking and logging temperature of anyone who comes into the clinic, ensuring they haven't had any symptoms and the waiting areas are spaced out beyond the requirements of social distance. Overall, this is a fantastic, friendly clinic with great customer service and high standards of care, hygiene and cleanliness. I would recommend to anyone!!!

A very impressive, friendly & professional experience at ESC. I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Steventon & Olivia whom did an excellent job removing several moles for me and it was always a pleasure dealing with Sienna at reception.

Customer service was just un professional. I called to book an app in which I was offered a Sat. I was fine with that but during the week app was change 3 times without even contacting me to inform a definitely time. Once I came for app the girl on the desk told me they couldn’t see me, wasting my time and money for transport. I showed the 3 different text with different time and the 3 calls I tried to do just before the app in which the vm kept saying they were not open when it was already 9:00.
