The lady that owns this business is the most unhelpful, rude and ignorant individual I have ever encountered in my entire life. Amazed they are even in business. Don’t even waste your time walking into this shop

Very knowledgeable staff.
I went back to Fabric World and they has some great offers on stock fabrics. I was able to curtain the ground floor of my house for an extremely reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and calculated how many metres of Fabric I needed. They also helped with matching up fabric designs and colours to fit with the way my house is decorated. Top Marks!!!
I recently visited Fabric world Epsom with the measurements of three windows in my house for where I required new curtains. The staff were extremely polite, patience and attentive. We discussed the colour scheme in my house and I explained that I was looking for a modern non floral design, but on a budget!! I opted for a made to measure package, lined curtains done at a very reasonable price. They even took the time to pull up the pencil pleat curtains up for me so they were ready to go straight onto my windows. The way I was treated as a customer was excellent, I have recommended them to friends and will certainly revisit.
Very rude and customer service skills are zero, I will never darken their door again after being treated with no respect for the second time. There are ways of dealing with potential customers, but they do not know it!
Having recently visited this shop I would like to say how happy I was with the service received. The staff were very polite and attentive to my needs, and were more than happy to spend time with me when looking over numerous fabrics. In the end, we ordered some beautiful curtains, which look fantastic in my living room. Thank you once again Fabric World London, I look forward to visiting again soon.
