I've passed motorist with flat tyres on the motorway thinking that's bad news, oh well. I was that motorist today on the M25. The service I received was fantastic. We met Steve and he was so helpful from start to finish. If I need help regarding my car again I would definitely use Firstline Recovery again and I would highly recommend their services. Particularly if you get the opportunity to meet Steve. A professional and a gentleman. Thank you.

just wanted to say a massive thank you to Saj for the amazing job done. he really looked after my car and turned a very stressful situation into a funny one, he did the job as quietly as he could to stop disruption to the neighbours; I thought I was going to be waiting hours but was surprised to see him turn up 30 minutes after the call out. hopefully I wont ever be in this situation again but if I was I would definitely use first line again !! also a big thank you too the controller lisa who was very helpful on the phone, looked for the best price and got them out as quickly as she could. thank you for every think.!! :)

Car broke down on M25, had to wait few minutes after calling recovery, and Adam from Firstline Recovery called us few minutes later (I was sure my wife and I going to spend the next 2-3 hrs till recovery arrives), Adam was super nice, and told us he will be with us within half an hr (much shorter than what we anticipated. he arrived in half an hr, big guy with massive smile, has a look at the car and gave us few good advises. brought us back home, was super attentive, very friendly and a gentleman. I don't want my car to break down ever again, but if it will, Adam and Firstline Recovery are on my phone book!

I lost my keys so was left stranded in B&Q car park. I rang Firstline recovery who were very helpful over the phone and reassured me that my car would be recovered and taken to my home address within 90 minutes. They arrived 30 minutes later with their recovery truck. They were so helpful looking through my car in case I had left them somewhere in my car. I live down an awkward road, they said unfortunately we can’t recover your car to your address because of road restrictions. They kindly offered to take my car to their lock and keep it their safely till I received new keys from MINI.( yes already lost my spare set ) so I was truly in a Pickle..... I would highly recommend FIRSTLINE RECOVERY Thank you
