We have used this surgery for the past 17 years and I can honestly say that they have been great. We use them a lot, and Dr Dale and Dr Crabtree are amazing family Doctors, who couldn't be more helpful. Yes sometimes it's difficult to get appointments, but if it's urgent you can always get one. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I agree that sometimes you have to wait a while for the phone to be answered but when I've got through, I've never found the receptionists to be anything other than helpful and friendly. They aren't to blame for the appointments system. I've been a patient here for about 15 years, as have all my family. My husband and I are moving out of the area shortly and one of the things I had to consider before deciding whether to move or not was whether I'd ever get a doctor as brilliant as Dr Dale! I don't think I will but we're moving anyway! She is endlessly patient, empathetic and offers such wise advice, as well as being excellent professionally. I've seen most of the doctors in the practice over the years and they are all friendly and easy to talk to so I think I could recommend any of them, but Dr Dale is exceptional in my opinion.

This is purely on the receptionist especially Charlotte, utterly rude and unreasonable. The doctors are very nice on the other hand and the only reason I put up with the reception staff.

Cannot get anyone to answer phone, prescription keeps being messed up, not sent to pharmacy. Doctors however are very nice.
