Good value and variety of items that I often find hard to get. Staff always happy to help with questions. Plenty of bogof offers and price reductions. Their marshmallows are better than any other I’ve tried, as are jumbo oats
I did a good shopping for over 45, three weeks ago at Epsom Grape. The salesman forgot to give me my free item where it said buy one and get one free. I called the Grape shop and the salesman who served me apologised and said that he would give me the free item when I next visit the shop. When I went there, he said that his manager has told him not to give me the free item. I was quite shocked and did not buy anything due to this. I have been spending over 45 every month in this shop. Friends be careful and check your items prior to leave this shop as people working in this shop are unreliable.
