Super easy experience. Turned up, within 2 minutes staff had got my collection order and were fitting it to my car. Lewis in particular was really friendly and knowledgeable. Disappointing to see what looked like “regular” customers pull up in the fitting bays, walk into the store with no mask or regard for social distancing and be quite abrupt and demanding with staff. Staff didn’t challenge or request that this customer wore a mask.

Quite a nice place. Car accessories, detailing supplies, diy supplies, wide range of paints available. I also read a sign that says 'we mix paint to match your car color'. They also provide accessories installation. Bicycles and bike accessories are sold here.
I got my battery changed at Halfords. it should have been easy but ended up being a long and tricky task. Jake showed tremendous commitment and courtesy in the job, all under wind and snow!
I attended your store today to exchange a baby car seat which didnt fit safely in my car. I was served by a gentleman called Steven. Steven was so patient and professional investigating which car seat would be suitable for my car and nothing was too much trouble. After purchasing another car seat i walked away as a very satisfied customer. In view of this customer service i would not hesitate to visit your Epsom store again.
