Based upon a few years experience. Inblock are a Small Managing Agent, with a mid market pricing model Not very good management service Not very good customer service (unresponsive to simple issues, simple chasing) Not value for money as a result Directors less than honest in my opinion (don't accept promises, excuses)...no trust possible Property managers are ineffective (unaware of law)...not really fit for service (front line staff are polite and not to blame). Overall Do not recommend this managing agent
