Left my designer glasses, try to call the store but they never answer their phone , I don’t drive to I thought by calling the store , just in case someone return my glasses they’ll keep it for me

Shop in Epsom is actually closed at 4.30 instead of 5 on Sundays. Went there today before 5 and it was closed, a wasted trip. Staff was trying to help but shutter was already down. Also rang the shop numerous time well before the closing time but no one answered the phone.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried returning a pair of shorts that didn’t fit me (They don’t have a changing room so had to buy them and try at home). Guy at the front desk, with green/blue died hair gave attitude from the moment I spoke to him (very politely asked if I could return as they didn’t fit me). Didn’t even answer me, just picked the shorts up and smelt them and said they “had a smell to them”. He said sorry he can’t help me!! Are you serious???? Considering I simply tried them on and then returned them, it’s quite disgusting that he was implying I wore them and then wanted to bring them back in. Great way to treat a paying customer!!!! Either the shop sells dirty clothes (meaning I should smell everything I buy now - not that I will buy from them again) or they simply don’t want to help and rather accuse you of wearing clothes and returning them. Disgusting experience and I won’t be back!
I bave been rippped off by this store they put the wrong tags with lower prices on. I was over charged for this.
