You ask a question and they raise their voice. Even though the person in question works for bp/mcdermott, their ability and way of answering a simple question made me doubt their competence in their field of work. They ought to recieve free customer service training, atleast at level 1. Im not roasting, it disappointed and ruined the day for me.
