Elizabeth and Richard at McGlinchey & Co were wonderful at guiding us through the process of selling my bungalow and buying my sheltered accommodation flat. McGlinchey's charges were moderate and proved to be the same as in their original quotation and all the costs along the way were carefully explained. Because I am house bound Richard and Natasha kindly visited me for the original meeting and signing of papers they were very good at dealing with both myself and my daughter keeping us both in the loop.
