Luke is an absolutely brilliant guy, sorted us out in no time and was so kind, along with only the best fitting and high quality garments

Good choice of styles but limited sizes for initial selection.

Without doubt the rudest, most condescending, unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. On the phone, anything was possible to hire a dinner suit. In reality I encountered a choice of two suits to which I was constantly told "This won't fit you. No we can't. We don't have that. It will cost you extra". Pathetic. A letter to head office has already been sent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Very friendly and professional service. Got a very good deal on a suit which came with an extra pair of trousers and two shirts. Staff put a lot of effort into making sure I got the right fit.

Hassled Over Wanting to Try on a Suit Again - Tried on a Tuxedo at Moss Bros and spent the next few days shopping around. Went back to Moss Bros and asked to try on the same suit so that I could compare it with the others. Was told that I could but was asked why I wanted to try it on since I had tried it before. Two minutes into trying it on I was asked how long I would be as there were other customers waiting to use the two changing cubicles and the third was being used as a store room. A minute later was asked again by the same shop assistant if I was finished. Fed up with the service and not willing to jump into a purchase, which I wasn't sure about I returned the suit and walked out. Some shop assistants must realise that a sale is not guaranteed and that customers will only buy if they are happy with the product and the service. Changing cubicles should also not be used as store rooms if a shop expects busy periods.

You can get bespoke tailor made for a little bit more than off the peg. Great staff.
