We purchased all our required items here for a trip to Iceland recently, and the new manager Joanna could not have been more professional or helpful, she was great. She had very good knowledge of the products in store, and organised a home delivery for those that were not available, which arrived three days later. I would have given 5 stars but agree the layout of the shop could be improved and it is a little cramped, so not always easy to get around the shop if it is busy. Whilst the experience was quite demanding of the managers time, she was very polite and lighthearted and extremely tolerant with our ASD son. We have shopped here for years, and I agree some previous staff have been offhand, bordering on rude, (I actually had an argument with one very arrogant salesmen who has since left, who told me my shoe size just by looking at my feet, and was wrong, but would not believe me when I corrected him... err my feet...so I know the size!) but I'm really pleased to see they have appointed someone who can help with a smile now. If you had a bad experience in the past that's a shame, but if you return I'm sure it will be different. The clothes are always comfortable and I believe good value for money, so I'm more than happy to shop here again now!

Price on website differs dramatically to the shop, in future it might be prudent to shop online but that kills off the high street even more. If they matched online prices more sales!
What a grgreat place ! After Searching the internet & all the usual high street sports shops for ski trousers I found exactly what I wanted here plus helpful advice on cleaning existing ski clothing. Will certainly shop here again.
