Terrible. Can't get a simple on line order correct, can't manage to put earrings in an earrings box, then try to fob you off by saying they can't deal with an on line shopping order in store! To be fair, it is over priced base metal that trades on its name being trendy. If it wasn't a present for someone that really wanted it, I would waste my money on this tat!

The place is great but the two woman working ignored me (a man by himself) and didn’t even say hello. One asked me to move out the way when she went to get a charm and then never spoke to me again. I became the last customer in the shop and they just chatted and gossiped instead of helping. Walked out and won’t be returning to this Pandora. Kingston’s branch knows what customer service is and aren’t sexist in their help.
