Friendly and efficient staff. Just had to immediately edit my review saying check the website for opening times as it seems they both say different things! Guess we should rely on what's listed outside the building as the people updating that are closer to all the worker's schedules.

Website opening hours are wrong, it says it's open till 8pm on a Thursday, got down there to find it only opens 8-10 am. How are you supposed to get a signed for item if you work?
This place is never opened! Makes it impossible to pick up your post from the delivery office if you work.
Poor opening hours. Staff are unfortunately clueless about Royal Mail charges. Disappointing.
