Visited the store this morning. Whilst I didn't mind waiting about 15 minutes before being allowed in, I was not impressed whilst inside - some shelves empty/low in stock, but the worst two aspects were that some of the aisles were obstructed by shelf stackers and there were far too many personal shoppers in the store, some of which showed little respect for visiting customers by leaving their large trolleys in awkward positions. I think shelf stacking and personal shoppers should only work outside opening hours, in order to allow visiting customers a nicer experience and reduce the congestion in the aisles. I will be trying other supermarket chains in the coming weeks to compare the shopping experience ! !
