The first visit the cleaner didn't provide a service as scheduled due to another appointment, I wasn't made aware. The second visit, only one area of the house was able to be cleaned which I wasn't told, the third visit was a no show, again I wasn't told, can't get a hold of the cleaner or agency. I planned to be at home specifically for the cleaner which means a day wasted, plus my house still needs a clean. Not worth your time.
