Tried to shop here today, was abruptly told we weren't allowed in to browse despite none of the staff observing social distancing or wearing masks. The stock was sparse and the staff were very obnoxious and rude. I paid on card and was then accused of not paying as the payment hadn't gone through. I said I had read their card machine which said approved but the owner (a complete tosser) told me I hadn't paid. I gladly opened my mobile banking app which showed the successful payment but they still insisted I paid again. They had issues with their payment system but insisted I pay twice with no apology from them. They finally were able to see that the payment was successful after I convinced them. Bunch of morons and the staff are absolutely foul. Avoid at all costs

Second time ordering , as with the first order, amazing flowers and lovely people to deal with . Just one bit of feedback , the delivery man today buzzed on the intercom and when my partner answered he said flower delivery for Mrs ***** therefore spoiling the surprise.

We urgently needed some funeral oasis letters and stand. Could only find them there. Staff really helpful. Got there at closing time and they were waiting for us with everything packed, ready for collection.
