I have been struggling with back pain for years, and it got worse during the last two years. As a pain specialist CNS myself, I knew there is no procedure or surgery to help me. For the previous two years, I've tried different things to help me with my pain. The list includes physio, sports massage, stretch massage, and osteopathy. These all helped with my pain but only for a brief period of time. I am seeing Stuart now for five weeks, and I am SO amazed by the changes in my posture, but most importantly, the improvement in my pain has been beyond my expectation. Stuart is a very knowledgeable professional; he is honest and doesn't make false promises. Stuart is caring, compassionate, and a good listener. He goes above and beyond his duty to help his patients. The clinic environment is also warm and friendly. Sue and Vicky (secretaries) are always doing their best to make you welcome and being helpful

I've been a patient of Stuart Murray's for nearly six years now. In that time, I've seen a massive improvement in my posture. I was quite sceptical of traditional chiropractors having had a couple of unsatisfactory experiences in the past. But, as I was suffering from a lot of painful lower back and neck stiffness, particularly after playing sport I decided to give ABC a try. I am delighted with the results as I no longer suffer from a stiff back after playing sport and my sleep and breathing has improved dramatically.
Hi All, I went to see Stuart at Spine late last year ...after nearly 40 years as a nurse and some childhood /adult accidents I could tell I needed to do something different . Its not a cruise or a party and its a commitment to your own well being ...but in my experience its worth it ..I can see improvement . Obviously everyone's journey is different .. Stuart will be honest and coax the best out of you . He will explain everything he does and the rationale behind it. His drawing skills perhaps need honing ...lol. But he really wants whats best for his clients . I have found my safe place here. The girls on the front desk are great ,very friendly and ready to chat .Sue and Vicky are efficient and give loads of information . Highly Recommend

Stuart is really one of those people that make you feel at ease, obviously knows what he’s talking about and does what he promises to do. I left my first consultation feeling optimistic and very relieved that there is some hope of my pain disappearing - which didn’t involve medication or temporary solutions. This is a long term plan set in place and after only a few sessions I am seeing results in my movements, my sleeping ability and general comfort. Still have a way to go so I will let you know how I get on. Vicky is really helpful and always on hand to answer my questions and very patient with me where I’m constantly changing my appointments to fit in with my family life. Great team at Spine and I highly recommend.
