Bought during Covid 19 and all I can say is the 2 members of staff in Epsom who are "Greet" as you walk through the door were incredibly aggressive! I missed the sign to the right of the steps to say school uniform appointments via a side door. They both pounced, telling me we had through the wrong door. When I appologised and said I hadn't seen it, I was gruffly told "Well it's clearly marked!!!" The young lady who served me was very nice and my goods were sorted quickly and without fuss. All great! Off to pay and again one of the women who had initially spoken to me when I walked in served. She abruptly picked up the uniform from the counter and told me to stand well back. I commented I was wearing a mask, and she said it didn't matter. I wasn't on top of the counter - she wanted me right back. I then mentioned she was aggressive and it wasn't nice. She said she wasn't. Well all I can say is there was nothing nice about her at all. We didn't exchange another word. If I was able to get uniform anywhere else I honestly would. The service stinks!!

Extremely appalling, each time I have ordered, I am waiting three weeks or more, sending emails chasing the order, and calling to no avail! No London branch either! I don’t no why they changed from the previous suppliers!

If it was possible I would give zero stars. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for my daughter's uniform and so far have only received 1 pack of shirts. I have tried calling on numerous occasions and the phone is never answered. I have emailed and still received no reply. I have no idea when I will receive the rest of it. This is totally unacceptable.

Good customer service the lady who helped with the school uniform fitting knew what she was doing. The only problem I had was finding the store, the signage on the shop was not clear, so I had to call them for direction.

Waited 6 weeks for a uniform that I was promised would be a week to deliver . No one ever answers the phone and my uniform still isnt here .terrible.

Make sure you check what they have put through the till. We had items that my son had said didn’t fit named and put through.
