Avoid at all costs! Paid them to do an end of tenancy clean - they did the worst job imaginable & charged 150 upfront so of course now they won’t answer the phone or respond to emails! And their website has disappeared. Heather you should be ashamed of yourself - police report being filed unless I hear from you & receive a refund. I’m not letting other people go through this!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! I’m still waiting for Heather to sort out our carpet. An employee spilt a bucket of water with chemicals on our carpet and has left a huge stain and on the day we moved in!!! The website boasts that they are fully insured therefore we want to claim on their insurance but they have not replied to texts, emails and now their website doesn’t seem to be working. They have ruined our carpet and doing nothing about it. Heather please get back to us!!!!
Heather at 'Surrey Cleaning Team' took payment from our landlord almost a week ago collected keys, didn't attend the property and didn't clean it as it was left filthy. Although she has taken payment she is still yet to carry out a clean and also to pick up her phone!! We have tried over 40 times to call and email Heather and have had no luck. Thief would stay clear of this one!
