From first making my appointment over the phone with Jasmine to sitting in the dentist chair chatting to Divya I felt at ease. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and their sole purpose is to make sure you’re relaxed, understanding everything that’s happening and getting the best possible care. Having not visited a dentist for a long time I was a little on edge but I needn’t have been! Definitely give Surrey Dental Surgery a call! You won’t regret it!

I simply simply love this dental practice! I had been putting off extraction of a wisdom tooth for 14 years , due to a terrible experience in the past. But Dr Singh and team handled it superbly. They were extremely gentle and didn’t rush anything. Immediately put me at ease! Needless to say the extraction was done very smoothly and I have now overcome my fear !! Thanks to the excellent team ! I am very very happy to have found them ! And Jasmine at the reception is so friendly and warm. A big shout out to her. I even took my kids there. My son has Autism and Dr Singh was brilliant with him. I would highly recommend

I had an amazing experience at Surrey Dental Surgery. The staff were all amazing when I was there, nothing was to much trouble. I had an amazing experience and will defiantly be coming back for many more great experiences! The prices are great compared to other places as well. Very COVID secure too. I say its a no brainer to come here for any dental needs. Thank you very much to all the staff there when I went in. To give them the credit they deserve I will list there names: Jasmin, Dr Ramsohoye and the dental nurse as well unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was lovely too. Absolutely superb dental practice for anyone! Especially if you are like me and are extremely anxious about having any dental work done. I am extremely dental phobic, but Divia and her team are so amazing with people like me! I have had all my teeth removed now and am waiting for my new dentures, I am so amazed at the whole experience at this dental practice, they have got the process of relaxation and calmness so right. All I can say is, if you dont like dental surgery and need it, go here, you will not be disappointed in the professionalism provided by this superb team.

I’ve visited the practice twice. (March 2020 & June 2020) The first visit was fine, staff were very informative, the only issue I had was how pushy they were (from receptionist to nurse to hygienist) about their monthly dental plan. I felt myself having to find good reason for not joining on the spot, when I’m reality I’ve said no once- that should be enough. I decided to leave a review after the second visit, as to say that I’m dissatisfied would be an understatement. I visited recently for a hygienist scale & polish. Whilst the surgery was seen to be taking proper safety precautions, which I have absolutely no issue with- I found the lack of information before the appointment quite deceitful. Firstly, because we are still in level three of the pandemic, the hygienist had to perform a manual teeth clean, so the results were appalling. Secondly the cost had been increased by 10 and I wasn’t made aware of this until it was time to pay. This is an annoyance because I was there three months prior for the same treatment, so I feel it should’ve been mentioned when I called to make the appointment in May. Also, on the day of my appt I had a lengthy (at least 15 min) conversation with the receptionist who could’ve mentioned the price increase OR the manual teeth cleaning at that point. Even more annoyingly, when I asked if the price has increased she replied “just a little bit”, and then took payment from me- just a little bit? Try 10! And naturally of course she attempted to sell me a dental plan after that Based on the fact that I was unhappy with the results of my clean and had to pay more for it, I’ll be looking for another practise.
