This review relates to an annual - working in partnership with Hounslow Housing - T Brown gas safety and service check. The appointment letter was good. For example, the contents of the letter were clear. Additionally, the quite polite engineer arrived at my studio flat between the hours I was told the individual would arrive. I also liked him installing a carbon monoxide detector, though I would have liked him to give me the instruction manual. I would also liked him to have worn a face covering because I fear getting COVID-19 and I was wearing a face mask. Also, the engineer asked me some good practical questions. Finally, I liked T Brown sending me a Landlord Gas Safety Record certificate promptly.

Absolutely Awful. Left me and my mum a week without hearing over the coldest days of the year so far. The worker who came to us didnt do his job properly whatsoever abd provided us with little pathetic heaters that drained our electric.We got it fixed by Glowworm who told us that the worker who came to us 6 days before only had to check our gas meter outside! My mum phones up to try and get compensation but we couldnt (only bloody 10!!!) Because apparently it was our own fault that we didn't fix the box covering our gas and electric meter! Shameful and awful, absolutely disgusted.
Been a year since my boiler isn’t working and its a new boiler! All 12 engineers told me “it’s fixed now”. Lose pressure every 3/4 weeks .They’re just a lazy lot where no one wants to sort out your problem. Will be making a serious complaint now.
The worst company ever, again 3rd appointment missed. No call, they just simply don't care! No hot water for two weeks!
