Not a great doctors at all, very rarely do they answer the phone, often I'm left with it just ringing and ringing even when calling multiple times throughout the day, was the same even before covid 19. A couple of the doctors are just awful and can't get you out quick enough and certainly don't have time to answer any questions you may have. What I will say though is that they also have a couple of excellent doctors who are some of the best I've ever had, one being doctor cochraine and the other being doctor Moore, thank god for them.

Great doctors and nurses but now so.impersonal as everything done through dreadful and user unfriendly website. Great concern that people will slip through the net as it is so very difficult to talk to anyone. Such a shame as this was a 5 star practice.

I've never known a more frustrating and stressful website as this. I put in all correct details and it goes round in circles. Apparently all the surgerys are using the same so there's no point in going to another. This is the second time. Grruugghhh!
