Front doors locked and lights off well before closing time, staff inside just ignore you. No way of using 'pay at pump' with the fuel cards we have so meant we were stranded

Lovely staff. I go in at the same time every morning for the coffee on my commute but also stop in from time to time on my way home for bits and pieces. Always friendly, quick service and clean for a busy service station. Got petrol on a few occasions - petrol prices are what they are for the area.
Please note this business does not answer their phones. I have booked and arranged food parcels to give to those in need, and when I have gone to this site to collect the food donations, staff informed me they threw the food out and they weren't aware I was arriving. Pretty poor service.
Normally great, but note: Tesco petrol vouchers/discounts cannot be used!! It is an ESSO petrol station with a Tesco attached. I filled up a tank before I found this out: so annoying!
Friendly and helpful staff. They helped me when I had a problem with a pump there. Thank you
