I was lucky enough to be sent flowers when we arrived at our new home ,they were stunning .Last week I sent flowers to a dear friend on her birthday ,once again the flowers far exceeded my expectation .Thank you so much I could not be happier with the service and will not hesitate to use this florist again .

Disappointing quality of flowers. Had taken a bunch of roses for my missus on V-day. I was told it was for 25 though the roses weren't on display for me to check if they were worth it. They all looked poorly when i got the bunch and died a day after. Sainsbury had better quality roses for 20. I wouldn't be going back to them for any flowers in the future.

My husband bought me a Valentines gift from this shop, it was a lovely little Rose plant with a bottle of Prosecco and some of my favourite chocolates all in a gift box. Felt very spoilt when i received it. We will be back to order our Mothers Day gifts from you. Thanks The Blooms Boutique!!

Very disappointing flowers. I ordered and paid for a bouquet for my girlfriend early to beat the valentines rush and avoid being disappointed, maybe my mistake! I explained I would like a full clourful bouquet and showed them, from a bouquet on display, the kind of thing I was hoping for, but specifying yellow roses to be included, I was told the cost for a similar bouquet (35) and was asked to pay on ordering which i did. I collected the morning of 13th February. Bouquet smaller than anticipated and flowers looked slightly sorry for themselves. I took them anyway hoping they would \perk up\. They didnt! And haven't! The petals on the roses started browning immediately and others drooping on thier stems from the first day. Despite being enthusiastic and thanking me I could tell my girlfriend was slightly disappointed when I presented them (On the 13th Feb, same day as collection!). We discussed them and I agreed they were poor and apologised! Not really what I had planned when I ordered them! The flowers have gone downhill and are being binned today, only 5 days after collection! The ladies in the store are very friendly but I unfortunately will not be returning for flowers in the future and wish I hadn't in the first place especially as it was Valentines, and my girlfriend was disappointed with the flowers I bought her but understandably so! (I have photos but dont know how to load here!)
