Absolutely useless agent, call them a week ago to arrange viewing and confirmed on the phone, no follow up whatsoever till the day of viewing and tell me that it was booked for another day. Very unprofessional.

Excellent team assisting in my purchase. Mainly talked to Jennifer Hodges but at time’s talked to the whole team (including lettings). Very happy to have now exchanged. Having been impressed by Sales, has led me to ask Lettings to market and let my property. So far equally happy.....
Thomas, Luke, Daniel, Stephen and the team at Cairds acted for us as sellers of our property as well as helped us with the purchase of our next. Ours turned out to be a time-consuming and more complicated chain than originally thought, but the team at Cairds were great in keeping us updated and helping get us over the line in time for Christmas.
