I have not used a recruitment agency for finding work before. I had a great experience with Think IT, even though I ended up taking a position directly advertised by a company. Friendly and professional, I was impressed with how they handled the process and represented their client. I would use again and recommend.

UPDATE: Instead of apologising for upsetting me, the owner conveniently made a baseless allegation to my previous review. I can reveal in this review the name of their client at the time and person I dealt with, so the reality can sink into this biased individual the review is genuine. By contrast, these glowy, dubious 5 star reviews appear fake than anything else. Unlike me, they have business reasons for displaying a one-sided image. With unemployment at a record low, employers pausing recruitment, jobs being replaced abroad, workers reluctant to jump ship and vacancies slumping over the years, they are hellbent on beating agencies to secure clients and candidates. They will find glittering reviews from rival agencies which they would be skeptical about, and so should you. UPDATE: The client was Safety-Kleen for a technical role. HOW WOULD I KNOW THAT IF I WAS BEING DISHONEST? Business activity in recruitment has taken a hit in recent years, so of course they have ulterior motives baselessly labeling anything which doesn't agree with them to be "fake".
Received a phone call form a guy named Mike. Worst consultant I ever spoke to. He asked me about my contracting rate and I asked him what position does he have? He replied - Delivery Van! and hung up..
