I actually work for Tiger PC and have just seen the review below. My name is John and I run our Ewell village branch so I carried out that repair. For clarity the PC was brought in because the system kept freezing during use and then would restart to a missing boot device error, to say it was brought in for a cable change is slightly under-playing the seriousness of the issues when it came to me. The replaced motherboard had swollen capacitors which were shorting out the SATA controllers. Although I didn't see the system after that point to check the cables, I take your word for it that the cables would also be causing problems as it is completely possible given the motherboard issue. One thing to consider is that a SATA cable would not fail without external cause or damage. When there are multiple problems with a computer it can be difficult to diagnose but the system worked consistently whilst still in my workshop with the new board. No engineer is infallible but to suggest that I am dishonest in anyway is unfair given the details of the repair, also I was always on hand for further advice and support if needed. I cannot recall the driver issues mentioned but I think they were something you guys needed advice on after the system was reloaded. I may be wrong on that, it was sometime ago and I cannot remember the details of this and it would not be on the paperwork as the repair was already completed. I am sure however that you were not charged for the driver issue as it was freely given advice and help, not a repair. I know it is strange for someone to write a response to a review like this, but I personally take a lot of pride in my work and will always endeavour to do a good job for my customers.

Very poor. Sent my computer in for a 10 cable replacement and he replaced the whole motherboard costing me 140. More recently I also sent it in to fix an internet problem, and when I got it home the graphics driver had completely gone. Never going there again.
