Very poor service! I am very disappointed with the service with Toyota Stockport. 2 weeks ago I had an issue with starting my hybrid Toyota Auris car. I took it to the Toyota Stockport to get it checked. The car was not detecting the key power so I was told by the staff I would need to get a diagnostic test to detect the issue with the car. I paid 125 for it and an extra 45 for key re-coding. They returned the car after doing diagnostic and due repairs(as told by the staff) The car started having another issue with the headlights after picking it up from Toyota Stockport. I called Toyota to let them know I've just picked up my car yesterday, and am having another issue with the car. I was told to book another diagnostic test to detect the problem. I told them I just had my car's diagnostic test done 1 day before, i don't see the logic to pay again and do the same test again to detect the problem which has occured after picking up the vehicle from you. I requested them to provide me the previous diagnostic test report, they failed to provide. The receptionist ِinitially said the report could not be found on record and later said they had done the diagnostic test for FREE! I subsequently contacted the service manager who admitted that no diagnostic test was carried out. This lead me to conclude that I have been robbed as I have been charged for the diagnostics which was never carried out and a huge amount was charged for only tightening the battery terminals. I have been charged for 125 for the diagnostic test which was not carried out! Invoice is attached

Absolutely pathetic! At a time when covid19 is causing havoc with the economy and businesses across the world you would think a company would make it easy for their customers to actually spend money! Not Toyota! Their website won't let you give them money. For nearly two weeks now my sat nav subscription has expired. I have been without full service on my system. I've tried about 15 times or more to renew the system online, it tells me to provide a payment method, but gives you nowhere to supply details. I'm now two weeks into the process and losing the will to live. Several telephone conversations, several emails and very many payment attempts and Toyota still cannot remedy it. Getting prompt action from them is impossible, everything is email and takes days. It really is pathetic. I'm dealing with a chap called Moses who is polite enough, but unfortunately unable to get the situation sorted. I work for a small company with no real IT department, but if we report an issue with the website it is remedied within hours, how a massive international company cannot do this god only knows. My tip to anyone reading these reviews is to go elsewhere if you are looking for good customer service.
Disappointed,, what they saying its not meaning what they do,, no more TOYOTA, I was their customer since 2016 bought 4 car,(suv) just now I find out what I have paid, I have been overcharged,,,, I will be in touch to head office,,, not happy at all,,, n.yasan

Disgusted with treatment on my visit to Ron Brooks dealership today. Too busy with new car buyers to bother with me an owner of a five year old motor!!!
