If you are looking for a great after sales service, any reasonable service even, then I would look elsewhere. The service has put me off ever having to deal with the Epsom branch again. Having been informed my service would be complete at 18:30 by the service desk in the morning, I arrived only to wait around for well over an hour with 2 very young kids in tow. I was only told it would be finished the next day after raising concerns over the wait time with 2 kids with me. Upon collection the next evening, my back windows had been left completely open, car parked outside and in the rain for majority of the day. My back seats, child seats and contents were well soaked. I was offered a courtesy car for my car to have a valet. After picking up my car this afternoon, I'm glad to see my car mats have been vacuumed, but that is it. The interior that got wet has not been touched and it's still damp. I've tried calling numerous times, however the managers are in meetings (quite often it seems) and the receptionist has apparently emailed for me to be called back. That was a few hours ago, so I'm not hopeful. It's a real pity, I was looking forward to an upgrade in the new future. But if this is how you treat your customers, then I would rather spend my money elsewhere where my car (new or old) would actually be serviced and in good care.

I rang TrustFord Epsom as I saw a car I liked that they had. Sadly it was a bit out of my price range as I wanted the 3 year warranty with it. I spoke to Jack Wallace who was incredibly accommodating. I chose not to buy that car and Jack then proceeded to find me an amazing deal within my price range. It took him an hour on a Saturday afternoon. He organised a test drive for me to my home in Kent and was great all the way through. I really felt I got an amazing deal and Jack was incredible helpful. If you're looking for a lovely Ford - ask for Jack! Loving my car and it's exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

If your trying to find out at 4pm how your car is doing when you drop your car off first thing at 8am for a service and MOT your better to go there and ask in person as their customer service is seriously poor. I have tried several phone numbers from the website and off Google maps just a simple call is all that is required to say if it will be read or not. This is not hard at all. Because if you have a hire car having to arrange another day can be hard to do and time consuming especially after 4pm

Used to be a 5 star service from here. Now they are about as good as a snooze button on a smoke alarm. Service technicians that are incapable of doing their job and certainly not fit to be working on cars, receptionists that can't use a phone. That's whether they don't phone you to say your car is ready or pick up the phone when you call them. Managers that vanish into thin air too. Must be a required ability to be a manager here. Shall be cancelling my service plan as the quality of service has fallen beyond an acceptable level. If anyone is thinking of buying a car or getting one serviced. Go elsewhere. You'll thank me later.
