The worst experience that I ever had to deal with any solicitor firm. The acted as my Landlord’s solicitor for a lease extension process. At the end of the process, they decided to up their bill by almost 20% despite the fact that they billed me up front and confirmed in writing that all fees had been fully settled. Mr James Swede was the solicitor that advised me if I do not pay the extra he will not proceed the case at the last and I am not entitle to any refund. I would strongly advise to stay away from them, as they most unreliable and greediest solicitors that I have ever seen and heard off.
