Terrible service... they told me after my eye test they would call me but I have repeatedly had to call back and I still haven't got anything back from them. Avoid. Edit: They have now responded and ordered my frames and lenses. This time calling back as promised. I have amended my score accordingly

I went there today for an emergency small repair for my Dad’s glasses when a DIY fix went wrong. The lady I spoke over the phone to check if they’ve any in store technician to do the repair assured that all of the staff is trained to do minor repairs to some extent. She was very polite and professional. I went in to the store and the glasses were fixed very quickly and the young man who did the fix was very friendly. My first trip to this store but I’d recommend it.

I have been a loyal customer to vision express for years. Today I went into Epsom vision express today - as I ran out of my contact lenses. The lady in store was super helpful and efficient to help tie my lenses over until I receive my delivery. Excellent customer service, so thank you!
