4 Bedroom Rental property I have recently extended and refurbished throughout a rental property to attract a better rental return. I’m fine with all the building works and technical stuff but have no idea about interior design so somebody suggested I try an Interior Designer (I must admit I saw signs flash before my eyes). Greta from Whitewalls Interiors came to see me when the house was basically a shell! This did not phase her at all, she came up with a fantastic scheme including the finishes for 4 en-suite shower rooms, the kitchen layout and designs, flooring and decoration throughout, window treatments and even sourced all the furniture – and, the best bit, all within budget! I am so impressed with the end result and unsurprisingly I rented it on the first viewing at an excellent level of rent. I know where I will be going for next refurbishment!

Bedroom and En-suite shower room Greta from Whitewalls Interiors helped us with a complete makeover of our Bedroom and En-suite. We had a few ideas of what we would like but with Greta’s help the end result is absolutely stunning. Greta was great to work with, patient, calm and helped us go that little bit further with our ideas and tie it all together. As well as creating a beautiful scheme she also sourced everything we required making the whole thing a really lovely experience. The room brings me joy every morning when I wake up and every night when I go to bed…….now to do the rest of the house! Guest Bedroom For this room I wasn't sure greta would want to get involved as I wanted to use most of the furniture I already had and keep the carpet. What she did with paint, (including some gorgeous panelling) some upcycling, changing the layout slightly and adding a few extra bits like lamps, cushions and throws is truly incredible. The room is really lovely, warm and inviting - and I can’t wait to be able to have some guests to enjoy it! …….now to do the rest of the house! I would highly recommend. Ruth, Epsom
