Unethical sales tactics. "Parts" customer service advisors use unethical sales tactics to push sales for their "service" team. This has happened to me twice now, this year and few years back. A few years back I had contacted Wilson's parts team over phone to check if a certain part is there and find it's cost, hoping to ask my local garage to fit it for me. Cost seemed okay so requested my local garage to fit as they had diagnosed the problem for no charge. When my local garage called them to double check before I actually order, Wilson's parts team told them I was comparing costs for the repair/service and made derogatory comments about the local garage etc, which was completely untrue. I back then thought it's just a misunderstanding and Wilson's team confused me with another customer as I have had absolutely had no conversation regarding any service /fitting with anyone in Parts team. Having said that surely they should not share one customers call with another, goes against all data protection rules. This month I contacted them again on a completely different matter, again hoping to use totally a different local garage to install. Again the same thing happened and this garage was so angry, they refused to do the repair. I had luckily recorded my call to Wilson's and was able to share that with this garage who clearly saw Wilson staff lied and made everything up. Really unethical of them. I'm so upset that I'll happily drive miles further and get fiat parts from another dealer than go to them.

Done everything that promised and in a good time as usual. Only done few miles so far, but it's all seems to work and it's holding together pretty well. People working at reception exceptionally helpful and nice (it's an improvement). Thank you for looking after my car - especially Miss Carly.

I had my airbag modules changed on a recall, just over a year ago. Although my car was registered in 2011 it has only covered 21000 miles, now the airbag warning light has come on. I asked Wilson's if they could look at this problem for me and they wanted 132 to trace the problem and claimed nothing to do with us without looking at the car. When a local garage did a code reading they found a B1065 fault indicating an open circuit on the airbags. Wilson's response it needs a new spiral cable without even looking at the car and nothing to do with the work we have done.

I have a 3 year service agreement with them, they are professional and it is a good service. However slightly expensive and hard to find a slot. But overall a good experience.

Had my service done recently. My rear hazard light had clearly not been checked as it said it had been as it was not working. Phoned up to see if I could get this fixed because clearly there was a mistake in the service bur was told that it happened after service despite the fact it never came on after the service happened (I phoned up less than 48 hours after and had only driven the car for 5 minutes). Was told I urgently need new tyres but had this checked by an independent and was told they are fine. To finally top it off, as I am a new driver I didnt realise your indicator blinks quicker with the bulb blown. I have had my indicator like that for a while and somehow wasnt picked up in a service.

Beware of this service, the car stayed in the garage for a month changed the computer modul and after a week all the problems reappeared, again in service a new problem, the reason ... the car broke down after leaving their garage, no one he called me to tell me something for a week .......they looking for money only
