Absolute joke, booked MOT and service online a few weeks in advance. Got very rudely turned down on the day because apparently nobody confirmed the booking! How was that my problem? Why nobody from Wilsons bothered to pick up a phone or send an email for TWO WEEKS to confirm it? What is the point of booking online if nobody looks after it??? I will not be coming back ever again and suggest to avoid if you value your time.

Not great experience. The paint work was damaged when I came to see the car for the second time. The sales person took some kind of pen and covered it in front of me. What a joke. Few months after I got the car the problems started. I won't list them, it would take too long but it cost me additional 900 pounds on top of 13.000 I have already paid for it to have all that was going wrong with it fixed. When I think about it now it was even more than that. I should probably add that the car was only 2 years old. I have contacted the garage about the initial problems and they did offer to look at the car but seeing how the cars are handled there and the attitude of the sales person I just did not want to see that place ever again. Avoid!

This is the second car I have bought from Wilsons and have been totally satisfied with both the (non-pressure) purchase and the after sales service. The first car developed a fault (failed battery) very soon after purchase and Wilsons covered the cost without any quibble and went on to provide high quality servicing on it thereafter. The deal on the latest car was very good and as a result I would recommend them without hesitation.

Rubbish! Booked my Citroen van service over 3 weeks ago with a courtesy vehicle. Confirmed in the morning by phone and was told all ok. Arrived at the service area booked my car in. Was told that I would be driven to the rental dept. Then was was told no driver was available so to drive over to the rentals area where I was told that no courtesy vehicle had been booked. Drove back to the service area where the chap told me sorry but it's a clerical area and there is nothing they can do. Pathetic to say the least. UPDATE I was contacted by the dealership the next day after seeing this review and an apology was given along with the offer of some complimentary repair work. Fair play.
