Writing an review on behalf of my parents! So my parents went over to Wilsons today to have a look at two Peugeot 108, which looked very nice and was considering buy one of them, however when they arrived they discovered that both vehicles were being used as personal vehicles for the employee. From what my parents said they ranged Customer services, who were very nice and helpful towards my parent, half-hour before heading to make sure that both cars were available to look at and possibly have a test drive. Then to find out that both cars were being used as personal vehicles for two employees, they did suggest them could test drive another 108 but in a different colour but they didn't want to. Overall they wouldn't happy with the service and not happy that both vehicles being used.

I purchased a used Peugeot 308 from Wilsons back in January 20 and was given a free 6 months warranty on my new car. I guess we all get worried when we buy a second hand car as lots of things can go wrong and warranties at some dealerships may not meet the promises given at sale stage; but let me tell you this, aftersale service at Wilsons was second to none. I think they were exceptional and I wanted to share this experience with others. Here is what Wilsons did under the free warranty all free of charge: 1. Minor noise from breaks: All break pads and disks replaced with new ones 2.Start/stop did not kick in at all times: Battery replaced with a new start/stop engine compatible one 3.Coffe cup holder not sitting in its nest properly: Replaced with a new one 4.A couple of minor scratches on the back passenger window: The window replaced with an original new one. 5. Minor crack at the front passenger visor mirror: Replaced with a new one. And all this done during the pandemic despite the fact that some parts were delivered after my warranty had expired. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ann for her amazing service , for chasing parts and fantastic communication... and Benn from Service department as well.

Just to let everybody know. I bought a car from Wilsons in Epsom on 6th March 2019 for over 30,000, it is a 17 plate and was 2 years into manufacturers warranty when I bought it, it had 1 year left so I took out an extended warranty which was sold to me by their crooked salesman as covering all mechanical and electrical parts and labour for the full 4 years on the PCP. This was an extra 699.00. Also they serviced my car at the beginning of this year for another 280. The car had a leak from the sunroof which I took it to them for last year and they said they were unable to find so could not fix. As well as this it has an issue with the drivers side window which doesn’t close without me physically pushing it up. These issues were still persistent just before lockdown but due to the COVID-19 pandemic and having to self isolate at home with my 2 young children I could not take it to the peugout. As soon as they opened again I took it to them and they want money to repair theses faults even though the manufactures warranty ran out during lockdown!! Also my extended warranty “apparently” does not cover these repairs!!! They have now had my car for 2 weeks and I have not been offered a courtesy car at all. They are pirates. They just want your money and I urge everyone to NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THERE!!! RIP off merchants!!!!! I think it's disgusting how you can pay that much for a car for and extended warranty then this happens... not even my fault it's issues that have happened to the car and nothing I have done!!!! SO BE WARNED!!!!! Please share so people realise what they’re getting themselves into when buying a car!!!!! Disgusting!!!!
