Back home after the most amazing holiday! Taxi company that collected us, driver didn't get message about extra bags, but car was big enough anyway. However, they decided to add 30 to the 68 already paid, 98 one way from London City?? Thanks, Xpert Cars of Epsom, we won't be using you ever again, or recommending anyone else to!

Paid for meet and greet today at Gatwick airport paid alot more for this service specific time made notes that had disabled passenger when arrived at arrivals no car was there special assistance had to get me in a another taxi costing me another 38 cos my taxi wasn't there then get a text when I'm home that the car was outside aiprot not acceptable never usin this service again !! Meet and greet means meet me inside deapetures I had a son with autism and i was realiant on this costly serice not cool

The standard of driving is better than other taxi companies in the area, but the service isn't great. When being collected from the airport, my driver pretended there was a problem with the car parks and that he had no choice but to wait for me in the drop-off area of the departures, which is illegal by the way! There was no problem with the car park and I couldn't see other people being collected like this, which I would expect if there was a genuine car park problem. When he rang me to find out where I was, as I had to come find him, he got annoyed with me for questioning why he was in drop-offs. Poor service, not worth the hassle!
