Do NOT use this law firm for mediation/arbitration - they will trap you in your agreement, draw it out and cost you thousands of additional dollars. They are useless and should be stopped by the law society. I believe Phil Epstein to be one of the most unethical people I have ever dealt with in my life. Avoid at all costs.

Great Experience with Epstein's mediation and Arbitration. After almost 4 Years of litigation in Newmarket court house and countless motions, we were recommended to try and settle our case with MR EPSTEIN and were told that he was the best. MR Epstein was able to come with a fair resolution with both Child focused access and Finances. His tactics might seem a little rough around the edges but hes definitely a straight shooter. MY X and I both Agreed that MR Epstein would hold jurisdiction over our daughter and any disputes that we had he would resolve, This was the best decision of my life. This is a perfect solution if you want to step away for the Courts and kind of have your own fair judge. The cost might seem expensive at first, but its actually a fraction of what you would be paying in a court room. I wish i would have found out about this service sooner as i would have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars and my X wife would not have had to give 85% of her settlement to her Lawyer. I can say with Confidence that MR Epstein is amazing at what he does.

If you are a woman, DO NOT USE PHIL EPSTEIN FOR MEDIATION. He is a horrible mediator, a chauvinist, a bully, and will only end up costing you thousands of dollars in wasted money. He likes to threaten you with the cost of arbitration, couldn't come up with a novel solution or compromise if his life depended on it, and doesn't seem to be able to come up with anything fair. Check out lawyers ratingz for more unbiased reviews before making a decision!!!!
