I have never had any chiropractic work done or massages or anything and Dr. Chan is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. It's exactly as other people have mentioned - they make you feel so welcome and comfortable and the adjusting on my back and neck were new to me but I can totally see why people continue to go here.

Had an two appointments with Dr.Chan for Patellofemoral Stress Syndrome to my left knee. The first appointment she just did VMO e-stim which was fine to see how my knee reacted. I left out feeling like it was a waste of money (150) and didn’t improve anything so I was apprehensive on coming in again spending that type of money for something that didn’t work or improve my quality of my knee. I went in a second time about 5 weeks after my initial appointment to see if we could try manipulation to the knee. I was met with a bit of rudeness that in order for treatment to be effective that I needed to come in twice a week and she would do the e-stim again. I’m sorry but why would I pay twice a week for me to be left in a room to have e-stim done and its not improving the quality of my knee. Any ways I went through with the appointment while I was there which was honestly a waste of money. I went to another chiropractor the same day and had manipulation done to my knee and came out feeling 100% better and will continue there for bi-weekly treatments since they actually listen to your issues. It looks like others have had good success here, it just didn’t work for me.
