This is my second camper-buying experience, and it far exceeded my expectations! It was the easiest, most smooth, efficient, best customer service I’ve experienced. His prompt responses, knowledge, thoroughness, and easy, relaxed manner was extremely enjoyable. Everything from the first call, the walk-through of the camper itself, the paper work, to driving it off the lot! The comfort and ease of the experience is indescribable. We have now had the camper for 5 months, been living in it full-time with family of 3, and have had zero problems! Highly recommended! Our experience was wonderful from the beginning until we drove away!They prepped our new unit and thoroughly checked out all systems. Chuck spent hours going over everything with us and answering all our questions.
Had a difficult electrical issue and Chuck was very knowledgeable and accommodating in diagnosing and resolving the problem. It's rare to find competence in the RV industry and these people exceeded my expectations. Pleasant, competent and reasonably priced. I'll be using them as my RV repair shop of choice going forward...
We just bought our new travel trailer from Chuck and Audrey. They are both a pleasure to do business with. They answered all of our questions along the way and never pressured us into making a decision. They did a very thorough job prepping and cleaning the RV before pickup, checking to make sure everything was in perfect order. Chuck spent nearly 2 hours with us on the day of pick-up explaining in great detail how everything worked and educating us on the best RV practices. They even set up our existing trailer hitch for us. I had grown up around RV's and still learned many things from Chuck. You could tell he was passionate about his business and wanted us to get many years of good use out of the RV. I would highly recommend dealing with C. Neer RV. Also, the business is settled in a very beautiful location in northern Wayne County, PA.
