Erdek is a beautiful city. In fact, the city could have been better in terms of nature and tourism. Erdek seems to be moving away from its own potential day by day. I think this city does not get right now what it deserved. Otherwise, this is a beautiful place with its history and scenery, and even close to Istanbul. I hope Erdek might be a better place in terms of tourism. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a comfortable and unique place, please take Erdek into consideration as a touristic destination and enjoy the time there.

Nice beach but mostly dangerous people around. Most hotels here belong to some extreme Islamic cult.

Majority of the time, calms seas, many coves to visit, stunning under water history and treasure of sea life. Gorgeous corals and fishes.

Nice and relaxing walking area next to the sea, plenty of restaurants and beaches, be aware that motorbikes can access the area so is not pedestrian only although it should be
