My delivery was tracked to here two days running, it arrived at 6.30pm, the shopping precinct is locked up at 5. 30pm. This resulted in my order being returned on both occasions. I ordered same day delivery so the whole process is completely pointless unless the delivery driver can physically get to the lockers. Then bad service from amazon when I tried to sort it out. Come on put the lockers at an accessible location

Amazon says you can pick up till 6 but at 5 30 they close gate and you can't get in. This is fake information Amazon gives away and a total lack of professionalism from the people in charge of the space.
