TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The POOREST QUALITY customer service ever. The waitress was incredibly aggressive and nervous. I was there with my family, and because of the rude, unprofessional and unpleasant behavior of the waitress we had to leave the place, and we didn’t even eat our food. Certainly, I do NOT recommend this place.
The waitress's behavior is very bad.She was very angry.I had two guests from Finland and this lady's behavior made us leave the restaurant without eating.And we had to choose another restaurant.I had already booked a table so that my guests would not be bothered.But this lady made me embarrassed in front of my guests.I am glad that my other choice was great and they did not have bad memories of Erfurt.I hope the restaurant manager reads my post as a customer.
They are closed for lunch. Please change it.
