I purchased a used Mercedes Sprinter, and I gotta admit they kindly answered all my questions (millions of them), quickly and precisely. One of thing to improve is airport pick up for foreigners, but that doesn't make the whole experience unpleasant.

Terrible buying experience. All is great until you buy but when the dealership, especially Daniel Nüßlein begins to ignore customers on promises that he made, it makes it very hard to call this dealership a reputable and honest business. On top of which, they sold me a 2yr old Mercedes CLS350 with worn out brake pads and rotors. Had I not checked on site, i would have been stuck with them. I pointed it out to Daniel who promised to have them shipped to me within 30 days. After multiple phone calls and email, they are now completely ignoring my outreach to resolve the issue. I've spent 1,600 euro out of pocket on something that should have NEVER passed a Mercedes safety inspection. If you are out of the area and buying from here, you'll be out of luck on any promises made - especially Daniel Nüßlein's. Shame and disappointment of a transaction. I will not give up on this STRICTLY out of principals...
