The whole entire Rainbow Restoration team was amazing. We had a busted pipe on Christmas Day and everyone from the answering service to the owner (who showed up himself) and crew were outstanding. We felt so bad contacting them on Christmas but they didn’t once make us feel we inconvenienced them. They kept saying it’s our job and were extremely professional and timely with their service. I would highly recommend!!!

Rainbow team was very professional and did a great job cleaning a big mess after our sump pump failed and water flooded the entire basement. The baseboards and carpet had to be removed. Ken especially, did a great job. He was diligent and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was drying properly with their equipment, and he cleaned up before he left. I was very pleased with the job done.
Jeanette was very helpful with getting me the pictures of the damaged items from my basement that was flooded. She went above and beyond in her assistance as there was trouble getting the pictures but she made sure it was completed. Ken did an excellent job cleaning up the mess in my basement. He was very polite and helpful. I would recommend Rainbow International services to anyone.
The cleaning associate was prompt, professional, neat, respectful and did a great job. Thank you Ken. We’ll be calling on your services again. We’ll also be recommending you to all our friends.
