Horrible business these people run here. Have been trying to get a birth certificate for a while now and nobody answers the phone, they hang up on you. It says I can get one by appointment only but to make an appointment you have to call, which doesn’t work out. They have no understanding of customer service and how to follow up with people. I wouldn’t be so mad if not for the fact that I need a birth certificate to accomplish other tasks in my life. If I could give this place zero stars , I would.

They are currently by appointment only but no one answers the phone to make an appointment. We had an error on my daughter's birth certificate and the hospital issued a correction. It should've been fixed by now so technically all I need to do is to bring the old birth certificate and pick up the new. When we finally got them to answer the door because they don't answer the stupid phone, they told us we need to file more paperwork and pay a fee to file for a correction that was already filed. In other words, they are finding more hoops for us to jump through so they won't have to work.

I've been there multiple times the staff is very pleasant and friendly
Quick in person. But dont ever try to call. I have been waiting over a month to get my daughters and nothing. And their number hangs up on you. Not very pleased
